Introduction, Setup, Requirements

Codemasters' newest racer F1 2012 is another fine effort with heaps of graphics options to spare, as noted in my technical review.

If you find yourself wanting a little help sorting through all the settings and determining what to keep maxed and what to turn down a little for improved performance, read on.

All testing was performed using the in-game benchmark, which features a brief race (shown below); the Ultra preset was used as a baseline.
