Introduction, test setup, requirements

Years ago, Call of Duty series developer Infinity Ward ran into major conflict with publisher Activision. Studio heads Vince Zampella and Jason West were fired, an action which the two took as an opportunity to start their own studio, dubbed Respawn Entertainment. Under that name, they would develop a new shooter, much to the excitement of fans (Call of Duty was beginning to get stale, many said). The game: Titanfall.

Last week the Titanfall beta hit PC, allowing shooter fans to finally get a taste of what Respawn has been cooking up. If you're curious on how the game is looking, read on for screenshots, video footage, and a few technical details based on the beta version of the game.
