AIW 128 16MB AGP & NT4.0

I am thinking of upgrading to a AIW 128 16MB AGP but it doesn't appear to support TV function under NT4.0 like my current AIW pro 8MB AGP. Is there any support for the TV function on the 16MB AIW 128 under NT?
