I'm wondering if anyone has made a plugin (or can and is willing) to always control the system's master volume when using the volume keys on the remote wonder? I've tried the Master Volume plugin from: http://remotew.free.fr/plugins.htm#mastervol and it does what I want-- except it increments the volume too much. Four presses and my volume is maxed.
I wanted this plugin because whether or not a use a plugin for Media Player Classic, it seems the volume keys always control MPC's volume instead of the system volume when it is in focus. When using Windows Media Player 10, it performs just as I want and always controls the system's master volume. I always use the system's master volume to control volume throughout my system and find it a pain that the volume controls on the remote wonder don't behave the same way.
