AMD, Intel, Nvidia on when the global chip shortage could finally end

Pretty sure it is 2023. Demand is too high.
You won’t be able to snatch Nvidia’s next card come Sep 2022.

I have high doubts about 2022 and think 2023 is more likely. But that's only going to be the current fabs being able to meet demand operating inside their current capacity. No one will start getting their new fabs really ready till 2025 I would imagine.

Although AMD is rumoured to be considering a move to Samsung. As TSMC is pretty flooded with demand now that Intel is going to start using them for now as well.

Yeah, AMD is pissed that Apple gets all 3nm wafers.

Talk about preferred clients..... ;)

This also means used and new car prices will continue to be ****.

So, get on the EVGA list for the next release even if you don't need a card. Because the chances are that you might need one when they actually have product a year or so after being on the list.

here is the irony here....If you buy only the top dog cards like 4090 or 4090ti is easy to get on the list.
I personally don't know how they performs and how it costs. So getting on the list blindly is .... intersting...

You don't get one right away so there's plenty of time to read reviews etc. :bleh:
