AMD's Radeon Adrenalin Software Finally Lets You Report Bugs and Crashes

Prior to the AMD Bug Report Tool, the option for reporting bugs consists of a link that opens an internal web browser that sends Radeon users to AMD's website, which seemed like a primitive method of doing things. As simple as it may sound, the updated bug reporting integration now opens a tool where users can send crash reports directly to AMD.

More importantly, the tool now grabs all your system's specifications automatically, information that you previously had to manually input every time you want to create a report for a bug.

Nice now its time for them to nuke the opt in telemetry they collect from people :D

don't care about Telemetry with AMD drivers if it lets them make them better

they are not Google and Apple following your every move 24/7

Hell I love telemetry. I hope MS got the telemetry when they bricked my nvme drive with 2004. They can send it to intel who can then ask them to pay for the hassle if they care to be honest.

Just opt out. Telemetry nuked :D
Oh I am all day every day due to ptsd from my stint earlier this year where the telemetry bugged out until I downgraded to 19.11.3. Thankfully things were "Seyiji" fixed with 20.1.4 :3

Not at the cost of over half a TB of data being uploaded to AMD :D

The AMD User Experience Program collects & sends telemetry from your machine to their systems and can consume 1GB per day of your bandwidth
not close to " over half a TB "
https://grokshop.tv/how-to-leave-the-amd-user-experience-program-telemetry/

and NV does it also and it is harder to opt out

Yes over half a TB in my case. Like i said it was bugged out for me on and off over multiple driver versions. You main line Nvidia cause you're a heretic so you wouldn't be following the AMD driver release threads from earlier this year to know of my previous dilemma.

Sufficed to say telemetry bugged itself for me between 19.12.1 and 20.1.2 and according to the data usage monitor built into windows 10 at one point said 465GB was transferred using "RadeonSoftware" it also at the time was using up to 8% of my cpu in this bugged state. Another time after i though the issue was solved it had uploaded over 200GB.

But that's enough about that I can already feel the hnnng welling up in my under pickle :D

Two wrongs don't make a right :3

at least you can turn it odd with AMD without going into windows registry :bleh:
