This is a not a plug for this software, just wondering if anyone has used it or even another alternative. Basically, I find that MMC is a waste for me anyway and I have been looking for an alternative for over a year. Anyway, I have been trying out this sesam software and it is not bad. You can easily organize video files, pictures, surf the web, etc. I have not checked the DVD player or internet radio or other features. It is written by a French company (I believe - given the support forum) and it also uses exclusively WMP which I think stinks. But there is a plugin for the Remote wonder and the ff and rw buttons do work. I have had some video/audio sync problems with pause,ff and rw so it is far from perfect.
