You can either..
1. Jump the CMOS jumper on the motherboard..
2. Take out the CMOS battery for like 10-20 minutes until the power is fully discharged..

Both should work..:D

I take it you don't have the manual?

There should be a little jumper near the CMOS battery (it's a small, button-style battery). Shut down the computer, take the jumper and move to the other two pins (there will be three pins total), then move it back.

i think all you have to do is press the del key while booting up and its going to take you into cmos, then you can cahnge, or disable password there, can you not?!

You sure can, except that you need the password to get into CMOS setup. Keng is just going to have to clear the CMOS by using the reset jumper.
