EDIT: played a few rounds. I'm rusty as fuck. Kinda weird to play this compared to say cod. Just different sort of action with pauses and pinpoint accuracy. Game looks pretty mediocre tbh, like 5+ years old. Runs okay but had stuttering.
The game is massively over bright by default. Pull it down by about 25, or more, in the options and it looks a hell of allot nicer. But you are not wrong.
I'm pretty hugely disappointed by the game in general. They played it way to safe and they clearly paired down the graphics, which is bullshit for a PC game.
Yeah... following Overwatch's example was a dumb idea. It's also probably why they didn't push this farther in both Game-Play and Graphics. Because I can see people being pissed to not only loose access regular CS:Go, but be unable to play the replacement because it is to graphically intense.
Dumb idea all around. Was probably too late to pivot after they saw how poorly Overwatch's transition to Overwatch 2 went.
