@Darkfoss: You might want to try CPU:7 like Dave and see if it affects the GPU numbers... Also there is another tweak I read to change the next-unit-percentage to 100 as it sounds like the QRB starts as soon as the WU is downloaded. So if it is downloaded early and sits around you will get less points. (Haven't confirmed just what I read)

cat 13.2 b6 smp 6 no vbox test
I've got an HD6950 folding the beta 7662 WU's. With CCC 13.1 I get below 1% CPU usage. With the 13.2B7 and 13.3B2 I'm getting about 15% CPU usage. So with CCC 13.1 there is no need to leave a CPU core for the GPU.
I would suggest that if you don't need the the latest CCC beta for games to step back to 13.1 for folding. With 13.1 you can fold SMP and GPU on the same box with no impact at all.
I've switched all my machines to next-unit-percentage=100 (and it is working for me so far). It takes about 10 or 15 seconds to download the WU so there is no need to have it queued up while the current WU finishes. Although there is a very slight bump in PPD by doing this it really doesn't amount to much. It varies by WU because some WU's have a short TPF and others have a long TPF but on average it's less that 1% increase in PPD from what I've seen.
