Does anyone know ATI's newsgroup addy ???

That address is valid and I go there on a daily basis. Just in case you are misspelling it, try this:

In Outlook Express, goto tools, then Newsgroups. The “Newsgroups Subscriptions” area will pop up. In the “Display Newsgroups which contain” box, type “ati videocards”. One newsgroup will appear, namely:

alt.comp.periphs.videocards.ati
