Does anyone talk to Swingline outside of Rage?

Yeah actually, he drops into the slack occasionally. The last time I talked to him was mid-August, but he's basically been away from internet access (or at least, access to rage) for work for a while now. I don't think it's supposed to be indefinite, I don't know if he has a timeline for when he may show up again regularly.
