EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra Troubleshooting Help

I am thinking about trying the hybrid kit again with new thermal pads. Either way the rig is paid up so I am less worried about the 3090 now.

They have mining temps and comparisons for water cooling a 3090 with and without active backplate cooling.
 
Still waiting on EK to come out with the active cooling for my MSI 3090 Suprim X.

The day that it comes out I'm ordering.
 
I am pretty OK with my 3090. It’s pushing 100-102 C junction temps and mostly runs 69 C core and all other components in the late 60s or mid 70s. Mining like a champ. I really need to start gaming on this card again though lol.
