You can get it directly from ATI. Go to: ati.com>Drivers and Software>Windows XP Dirvers and Software>TV Tuners>TV WONDER ELITE>PowerCinema and Gemstar GuidePlus+ for TV Wonder Elite and download it from there.

I have compressed the files from my CD and uploaded the Gemstar pkg here

Included is the registry fix in a notepad which you have to do to make the guide download the weeks TV programs.
