Geometry Wars

Yeah, I hate this game. Just played it again and got 110k before I died. My hands get too god damn sweaty.
 
2.8 million here. I've tried going above that a few times but often just get to around 2.0-2.5 million. Can't see myself getting much more skilled than what I am atm, I just cant keep up with how much is onscreen after 2m. I've had the game for about 2 months. There again, people like Striker originally got to ~4 million, which was considered very good. Now he has a score of ~89 million. But that requires putting a lot of time and effort into the game. This is probably one of the worst games for eyestrain, so I'm content with my score.

Only achievement I havent unlocked is surviving 1m. I think that is pretty difficult, and frustrating (i got to ~800000 a few times and got very annoyed :mad: ). So easy to make a small mistake or get caught by the circling debris of the pink squares. When the screen is filled, you often dont see them due to their size and they catch you by suprise.
 
It is a tricky one. I had the game about 5 months before I got it. Once I'd done it though, it became quite routine. I've done it maybe 15 times now.
 
This game is sweet. I just got the xbox live arcade unplugged and so far my high is 166k. dont know how high im shooting for but hopefully at least a million
 
Played a bit tonight, and noticed the high scores on the leaderboard are wonky. I remember a few years back, being amazed that someone had gotten 500 million points. But today's top score is 9000 trillion. Methinks that has to be cheaters/hackers.

BTW, my top score is only 380 thousand.
