Help with Mobility C and Windows XP

Hello all,
I recently switched to Windows XP Home after a nasty virus on my Toshiba Satellite 1735. I used to play Kingpin and Quake 2 derivatives quite easily on my laptop...but I suddenly can't get Kingpin to run at all. I've tried several of the drivers on the http://www.geocities.com/ziyadhosein/rprow2k.htm but none of them seem to be specifically for my computer. I just want to kill gangsters on my laptop...can anyone help?

THanks in advance,
Macros

Have you installed the drivers? Or did you have problems installing them?
Did you read the driver installation instructions?

Thanks for the response Z. I don't believe I had difficulty. The problem is that none of the drivers, when I point to the folder I've extracted them to, says "mobility C." It's always LT Pro 2x or something to that effect. I don't know if that affects performance or not. Somethings are working quite well....I'm runnning System Shock 2 with no problems (techically a more advanced engine than Quake 2). Initially when I installed your XP package, I got Kingping to run but all of the background textures were totally messed up. Subsequent driver installations have stopped it from running entirely. Maybe I just have too many pieces of the drivers... Suggestions are loved....

All settings are same, regardless of what name is used.
If you textures are screwed up, reduce the resolution/detail settings.
Kingpin is OpenGL i believe... try playing around with the opengl icds at my page.
Win2k/XP with the Rage Pro are not to be used for games.
Gaming remains the domain of Win98 on the Rage Pro.

Thanks again for your help Z. Can you talk me through installing the OpenGl Icds? Not sure how to go about it.

Thanks,

Unzip into windows\system32 directory.
Simple :)
One thing... make sure the name is correct.
ATIO2KAB.DLL is the default that my drivers use.
