Onilink, i mean, look how freaking awesome he looks like? and certainly doesnt look like a wussy elf like links tend to look like..

Nintendo could make a zelda type of game, except you are onilink and play to destroy hyrule rather than saving it.

Wouldnt it be cool?

Of course they would have to find another name and story for it, since onilink is link and saved hyrule.. but nintendo's artists kicks major ass, im sure they could find a way to make an "evil" link type of character.

Nintendo always has a new franchise character/game that becomes a hit and later a classic with each console release. I can't wait to see what they produce with the GameCube.

I like that sword design there :cool:
 
Well its certain that we'll see ALOT of new franchises from EAD this generation, not from miyamoto but from his newer young developers that he is training personally. He said some of them might make "dark" or mature themes games, since he dont controler their creativity, just their talent and quality :)

Miyamoto is overlooking around 35 projects from nintendo's 1st parties. My guess is around 10 to 15 projects are from these new developers at EAD.

anyway, its gonna be sweet.
 
Well - Crash Bandicoot, and Parappa The Rapper could both have been great but they ended up fizzling into nothing. The only real popular ones that I can think of :

a) Sonic & Cronies
b) Mario & Cronies
c) Donkey Kong
