I think I an done with AMD

That's some weird stuff you having going on. Kudos to using a DX to Vulkan wrapper. That was clever.

Have you tried to see if this same stuff happens under a fresh Windows profile?

yes, I did try that.

And DX to Vulkan works for Tetris Effect as well.

Seems like DX to Vulkan is going to be the work around for all my issues, :bleh:

Try a different Windows install to see if the problem still exists? Might be worth a test if you got a spare drive.

Anyone who claims nvidia has an many driver issues as AMD are delusional

Calling Bill! :p

got to love the people that bitch about AMD drivers that have not used them in this millennium :p
or since they were ATI

and for me NVidia has had as many driver issues as AMD both have a few now and then but not a ton of them
now my GTX 680's drivers had more bugs than a San Francisco apartment :bleh:

it mattered much more with SLI & CFX

but for single cards I have had to roll back drivers on both now and then to get a game running right but rarely on both
but like I said before I think it is more the game devs ****ing up than NV or AMD

now I do see other people seem to have problems all the time on one or the other
I think it is something in their system that they have something loaded ( program or driver for something else ) that is bad and or conflicting with one video driver or the other

and found another game that will not work this this video card, even though it worked with my GTX 1070.

Everytime I hear this about drivers, I head over to nVidia forums and read the total reverse story.
