My Hercules 9800 pro is delayed at least until tuseday nextweek :(. iv been using a 2 mb pci card for over a month now... getting a tad frustrated.. so i went out and bought my self a TriplexTi4600.. LOL. asked the wendor for their return policy, he said within one week i can return it and have my money back. So at least i got something to play with meanwhile..

Hey that ti4600 is actually quite good :)
It's better then the rest of their offerings.
You could've gone unlucky and gotten a *GASP* FX5200!!!! :D:D

Oh the humanity, being forced to suffer with a Nvidia product......

lol j/k hope you get your new card soon though....

If you're using 98se run the 30.82 drivers on that puppy, they're the best I've found for 9x/me on me GF4...the whole 4x.xx line has problems with my set-up on the 98se side of things.

On the XP side, meh. ;)

Well

Well

Well its a good gf4 anyway, even tho it cant keep up with a radeon 9700 pro.

Its a good temp card. BTW Triplex is releasing Their first radeon card a radeon 9800 pro i belive in on of their nifty cases. :D

thats a sweet case

Yeah, I was thinking that, nice presentation (although that doesn't help with performance!), is that the case it came in?

IT DOESN'T!!? ARG, im never listening to a sales guy again.

<kicks the fancy carrying case for the video card, cpu, sound card, monitor, and penis(was sorta suspecting on this, didn't help the performance for it at all)>

That's a great card in a great looking case. Man, I would love to have that in my second computer.

nVidia fudged up on the FX series, but the G4 Ti series was great.

Great case.. and i thik only ti4200 was the only good card out of the ti series. The other two are just a faster version of it or sometin.

the gf ti4600 was the top of the line. and the 4400 and 4200 were just lower clocked models. Not the other way around. Would be quite hilarious though
Guy1: Hey this is our new gpu it can do 200mhz
Guy2: Well let's risk on making a higher one?
Guy1: What?
Guy2: A higher clocked one. And then we just take the chance of clocking it higher and sell it

GF4ti series rocks!

GF4ti series rocks!

I still think the GF4ti is a great bargain gaming card right now for anyone who can't afford a 9600 Pro. :)

I really like my GF4 ti4400, I had to put it in me second box over the 9000 Pro...it let's Blue play a great game of GTA3! :D

Well hehe wrong way but yeah thats wat i meant.. my point was ti4200 was the best.

well right now the best card overall in my humble opinion are the 9700 Pro cards they really came down in price lately.......

Yeah, but for the extremely low income Joe (Hey, I'm 17 and have a part time job) I think it's still a tad pricey. That's why my next card WOULD be a 9600 PRO IF I were buying a new card today.

But I'm not, I may in the future and then we'll see how it is .. :D
