Mplayer plugin for ATI RW

Hi,
I've just created a plugin for the MPlayer media player for the ATI Remote Wonder. It can be downloaded here.

The buttons are hardcoded at the moment. Will change the plugin later so it will use the input.ini from mplayer instead. I will also change it to use the configure dialog so users can remap the functions to whatever buttons they want.

To see the current key bindings, click on the Configure button after the plugin is imported or read the MPlayer Readme.txt.

I've updated the plug-in so the user can assign whatever keys MPlayer has configured in its input.ini file. The updated plugin can be downloaded from the same place as above.
