Uh, you don't know who uses it? EVERYONE should be using powerstrip.(maybe not for overclocking, but..) It's so powerful and you can tweak everything to hell with it. It's one of the best programs out there IMO and its even better when you register it and the annoying ass ads go away.

Powerstrip is currently the best for overclocking, IMO. I tweak the Radeon's features simply by using RadeonTweaker.
