Rocksteady's next game: Suicide Squad

Past three to four years technically. They released Arkham VR for PS4 in October 2016 then PC in April 2017. Since then they've probably been working on a new/modified engine for next-gen then this game.
 
Maybe gameplay isn't in a state that's ready to show? We got a glimpse of Gotham Knights gameplay, but that's due next year. This game's not set to release until 2022 at the earliest.

I don't know why people get so bent out of shape with cinematic trailers for games that are still far off. It's a teaser to drum up interest.

Because I think cinematic trailers for a GAME are stupid.

Maybe I'm just too old school.

They're showing you how the computer plays the game......

You’re not. It’s just building up the hype machine. Like you I want to see gameplay, get a demo, etc.

Those videos and demos are slowly going the way of the dodo.
 
Yeah I guess I'd rather see nothing until they actually can show footage of gameplay.

Anyways I'm not a big fan of Suicide Squad but I am of Rocksteady's Batman games, so I hope it turns out to be as good.
