Why am I getting audio in the PC Gaming forum?

When I click to open the discussion thread in the PC forum for The Division, I'm automatically getting some audio without clicking on anything else. It's like something is playing automatically but I can't determine just what.

Can you also edit clerick's post in the Dark Souls 3 thread that does the same thing?

And maybe make this a bannable offense?
