Yeahh finally(abt this forum).. anyway.. 5600U and 9600p

Finally my long question abt which is better when at stock and OC and stuff.

I read the reviews and stuff and I have mixed opinions abt this.

Personally i would think 5600U(the new one) would be better.
It is goin to be costlier too thou..
Wat you guys think?? Should we wait for the next driver release?

hehe tru but 9700np are going out of the shelves. I just was thinking which could the next best perf mainstream card. Althou nothin can replace 9500p..

err. 5600 non ultra's are no good esp the 256 mb ones are just costly. The link.. cant see anytin after first page..

and they mention that the 256 memory might help some games like UT2k3 when overclocked, and the beauty of this 5600 is it can reach Ultra levels basically, but with more mem

Sorry it works now.. it was just me. Anyway.. this card is just little bit better than ti4200 thou.. i am sure it will be far worse than a 9600p and 5600U.

Well I'm not gonna lie to you, the fact remains the R9500Pro is better than both 5600 and 5600 Ultra, but since you showed interest in this 5600 series I thought I'd give you that link. If you want 5600/5600 Ultra, the trick is to find a card with the fastest memory possible to allow good overclocking.

But if you wanna spend around the same amount of money for superior performance, I know this is off topic but the R9700NP still remains the best deal at around $200us

I am not specially interested in 5600U but i jus wanted to discuss wat it can do. Good to know abt the 5600U with the fast mem. I do know at stock 9500p is better than both.
