Yes, the power supplies from Tagan actually come in briefcases.

The Nvidia 8800gtx sli can actually do folding!!!

What kills me about this rig is that you pair it with some speakers that can't sound that good... Ddue, get some decent speakers. :p

Otherwise, nice job.

Do you live in a funeral home?

HalcYoN [nV] Dec 6, 2006 09:02 AM

Updated with the new CPU cooler and a few cabling tweaks...

venturi Dec 6, 2006 09:11 AM

That's a nice look.
I like the inverted design of the lian li vp case.

cjl64 Dec 6, 2006 10:16 AM

Why is your Zalman blowing the hot air at your video card. The air flow should point so that it is leaving the case. Im not being an ass. I just thought that you where supposed to keep air flow in one direction so that it moves out. But on the flips side. That setup is  Nice man.

The CPU bracket on the mobo clips on the top and bottom and not on the left and right so it is what it is. Seems to still work very well as I get up/down and cross-flow from the back fan.

its sort of lethargic but i dont know if thats the remotes fault or the TV's. As far as Im concerned, all A/V remotes suck if they havent been replaced by a nice universal (can you say Harmony 890)

yeah.. the harmony remotes are usually what people do to resolve the issue.

...everyone, my hat is off to you, with a head nod thrown in for respect  . I'm referring to the people whom have a exceptionally neat inside case (all cables in their place). I've tried and tried to accomplish this feat but have yet to succeed. Very good job!

Ive got some quality folding power foing on with 2x X1900's in CF, Im running a gpu client on each Gpu and on top of that a cpu client. The Gpu clients share one Cpu core for polling and initial processing and the other Cpu core gets fully utilized for a Cpu client:

A run from last night:

This machine is capable of outputing approx 1200 folding points in approx 30 hours on the gpu clients alone (330 points per Gpu unit), it can also complete 600 point WU's (P2414) in 26 hours. So basically in just 1.25 days if its left to its own devices it can potentially output approx 1800 folding points when running 2xGpu clients and 1xCpu client simultaneously.

Normally the Gpu client steps take 8 minutes a step when running a single gpu client and one cpu client, but when increasing this to two gpu clients it increases a bit and further increases when you throw the Cpu client into the mix as well.

Not to get off the point, but that background showing on your monitor is very kewl. Where'd you get it if you don't mind me asking? Awesome machine you got there as well.
