 very tasty. you got the additional exhaust fan in the top I see. What fan did you use in the GPU cooler shroud?

Scythe S-FLEX 120mm

When the price of the GTX465 drops closer to $100 I'll go SLI, but this card overclocks really well and I'm not having framerate problems with any games I play.

Wow, that's an awesome setup - I love the black and silver mix.

What model is the Lian-Li?

PC-101. Yeah, I love the minimal clean look to it.

Ooh! you are so NERD for having all those nice figures! :D Oh wait...you have two PCs in this background?? Geeky. :p

Yes, I'm jealous, really. :(

mrk1283 Feb 11, 2011 07:03 PM

Yes, hello!

And the compy itself...

Soong Feb 11, 2011 08:09 PM

Very clean. I respect that you went with an external optical drive presumably so the front of the case could be completely clean. I wouldn't go that far my self but I do respect the effort made.

That is indeed the case!

I very rarely use optical media now so a USB2 DVDRW was ideal and I could also use it on Netbooks and so on if needed.

Plus it saves me some cablespace inside the case :)

logical Feb 11, 2011 09:41 PM

Thats one clean case mrk.

There are no birds inside, if that's what you are wondering. :bleh:

caveman-jim Feb 13, 2011 03:39 PM

its a sweet looking rig.

Mangler Feb 14, 2011 05:01 AM

I still need to switch to stiffer/better tubing and replace the current bayres with a tube res or something similar, but this is what my rig currently looks like.

Trunks0 Feb 16, 2011 10:26 PM

My Very cramped Antec Sonta II. Received a bit of side-grade. Gigabyte DS3L to Asus Formula Maximus & paired the 5770 with a brother for crossfire.

Oh how I long for a bigger case with cable management features :(

Maliki2 Feb 19, 2011 09:39 PM

Not sure how you all get such clean looking PCs. Mine looks like LA during heavy traffic. Just a garbled mess of wires!

Are you trying to run the video water blocks in parallel? That can't be working well, the input would just shoot straight down to the bottom card. You could have back-flow issues. I would recommend running them in series or use a proper Y splitter before going into the water blocks.

You can run blocks in parallel using this configuration without any back-flow issues.

Ek are even selling parallel sli bridges that are using the same waterpath, only with a fancy plastic cover.

bob saget Feb 22, 2011 04:46 AM

my comput0r. really wish i could find sleeved fan extension cables that are longer and/or cheaper than the ones NCIX carries.

OverclockN' Feb 28, 2011 09:35 PM

My modest, bland looking setup.

I love some of the new Corsair cases, but I can't bear to part with my CoolerMaseter CM Stacker 830. Thing is a beast, even though the interior is fugly.

...I miss having two monitors. :(

Treeckcold57 Feb 28, 2011 09:37 PM

I loved your table, that is a wonderful wooden table. Hopefully I will have a new a bit big table when my family and I move to North Carolina, so I can take some pics of my rig and a whole setup!

Thanks!

I love having a lot of space and start to panic when things get cluttered. :D

I've actually been thinking of building a small platform for my PC to sit on to the right of my desk, maybe 12" or so from the floor. I'd like to have yet more desk space and get the fan noise a bit further away. I'm starting to like things a bit quieter in my old age. :p
