Thank; I still don't like those stray fan-wires showing thru the front panel. Also, you guys were right about the fan-light. I forgot I had plugged that fan into one of my mobo case-fan, 3-pin outlets. Guess I need to come off the psu to get the lights. Have to say I'm still partial to my 800D :D

Yeah, the 800D is a nice caas, though a tad too big and expensive. I nearly bought the 700D but decided to go with the HAF X instead.

I read where someone did a quick review and basically said the the 800D was more for water cooling whereas the HAF X was more for air cooling.

What are you using on your proc for cooling? Also, very neat cable management :).

It is the one for the fan on the front panel/door.
Got me then; possibly just defunct fan light(s).

Got it.

Look carfully at the photo with all wires and notice the red wire coming off the fan. Notice how it's connected to the other red wire going to the top of the case. That the LED cable. Also, you do know that that case has an on/off LED switch at the top, right? Just above the reset switch.

As for the cable management, it's a pet peeve of mine. I hate sloppy wire jobs. In fact I re-did the wire job on the back of the case as I thought that was a bit sloppy.

Corsair H50, Awesome performance that isn't very noisy. Whats not to like?

The H50 is, hands down, the BEST piece of equipment in this new rig. I idle around 19C and during games I max out at around 42C.

Yes, stock speeds.

nice, I idle at around 30-35c with my Noctua air cooling at 4.4 and around 60-65c gaming and it hit 80c :O under hours of prime.. But I'm ok with 60-65 in CPU heavy games like ArmA2 & BC2.

Is there anyway to order more of the long screws that came with it? I would love to do a push/pull but only came with 4 screws and 1 corsair fan. I would need more of each.

Take one to a local harware store and match up a longer length.

Exotic your purchases make no sense to mankind. First you downgraded step by step gpu wise and now tri sli 480s for 1 23inch monitor. Too comical

must play metro 2033 maxed out! but still averaging 60 fps on 1080p to get the eye candy. not to mention crysis 2 i unno bout 5870's but i know 480's will be faster. gawd 5870's are aweful when it cums to tesselations and ray tracing! glad i sold my 3 5870's.
