On the htpc I added a second 6670 ultimate edition a few months back. Really pleased with double frame rates without having to re-do all of my settings and software. Rare and thought to be extinct 100% happy crossfire user checking in.

Got in some "HD 8490" cards that were very hard to find anything on besides being 1gb, .28nm and 50w tdp. Decided to try them out. Passmark performance test scores are all about the same, but main apps are noticeably slower than the 6670 pair.

The Monitor, speakers, and case will be wall mounted when I move apartments at the end of September.

With the rise of M.2, NZXT should start getting rid of the front side SSD mounts. They ruin the look.

Are they not where they are for the visual aspect in the first place?

Otherwise they would have hidden them behind the motherboard tray like fractal design does.

It is one thing to have an SSD proudly displayed. It is another to have several empty SSD carriages. It is yet another to proudly display a SATA SSD when all the drives worth bragging about are M.2.

Of the latter 2, I don't know which is worse.

Cleaned up my wife's computer today. Also removed the obsolete HDD tray, cut out the superfluous AC97 audio connector, and adjusted the cable routing. Runs a lot quieter when all the filters aren't clogged with dust.

Case is a Cooler Master N200 (I forgot to put the front bezel on before taking the pic.) I am really happy with this case for the price, though cable management on some of the more modern cases is a little better.

Don't let that Genuine Intel HSF and naked RAM make y'all jealous. It isn't a top end system, but not too much of a slouch either. CPU is an i5 6600k and GPU is an R9 390x.

Got my CableMod cables in today. Last thing I need to do is mount the case, speakers, and monitor to the wall. That won't happen until the end of the month when I move apartments. Super happy with how the case looks though...Even the cat approves.

What's the temp like on the GPU since no airflow?

The case is practically open air. I hit 60c at 2000mhz core and +500 on the mem.
