I don't use nicehash. It's good for beginners and those people who don't want to put much effort into it. I think you're efficiency will be higher if you use individual clients yourself and start targeting individual coins based on profitability. You'll be able to tweak your GPU to run better under each algorithm that way too.
If you don't want to do anything but double click, spin the fans up, and walk away then nicehash is your best option probably.
