Only one I know of is Sapphire. Mainly because they are so intimate with ATI and they are the largest OEM ATI manufacturer so perhaps they like to stick right on the reference design.
I have had the Sapphire in my left and and a Built By ATI Retail 9700 Pro in my right. They were identical.
