If that's true, then I wonder if they are jumping to 45nm for Barcelona? Would match the ETA...

That's just a wafer of 45nm SRAM cells.

Intel showed the same thing in January 2006.

It's going to be at least late 2008 or early 2009 before AMD has 45nm out the door.
