Default Samsung TCCC and TCCD based Ram

Hi, I went to a local computer store to pick up a 512mb module today and noticed that they carry the TCCC chips.
I heard the TCCD chip suppose to be a very good overclocker with higher voltage, what about the TCCC chip, are they any good interms of overclocking. I did not have time to try out the ram cuz I bought it for someone else who needs it badly.

just a clarification. tccd chips generally like regular or barely above voltages (2.6-2.9) not high. winbond bh-5 chips like high.(3.0-4.2v)

not sure about tccc chips.
