![]() Hi, Unfortunately, I got - an ATi ![]() Now I cannot achieve a 1440x900 resolution, no matter which combination I try in xorg.conf. I can only use "vesa" ("ati" and "radeon" are not recognised), that constantly falls back to 1152x864. Adding a "ModeLine" as in http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO.../x-config.html does not help. Help, links and hints are highly appreciated. dmesg and a xog.conf are as follows: http://pastebin.com/f455b344f http://pastebin.com/f41e68c3f briefly: AMD Turion 64 X2, ATi Xpress 1200 256 RAM, FreeBSD 7.0-CURRENT-200708, Xorg 7.2 (Metaport) on MSI ER710X laptop, I need a 1440x900 "native" resolution on screen. Thank you |
