Just finished playing through Mirror's Edge again for like the Billionth time. God this game looks so good with 16xAA and PhysX on. I just wish CPU PhysX on this game used more than 1 core.

Some nice looking screens. So it is some kind of RTS mixed with hmm Shooter_Elements (using the dragon manually)? Interesting. And only 18 bucks at amazon, will have a look into that. Or is there maybe even a demo on steam?

It's hard to describe at this point... I'm a fan of Divine Divinity, Beyond Divinity, and Divinity 2, all games made by the same dev. I bought this one knowing it was different, but I didn't realize that the RTS portion was going to be so complex with different abilities and tech to research.

Anyway, yes you can 'morph' into a dragon and fly around burning up stuff, healing stuff, doing various researched abilities and give simple commands to units while in dragon form. If you're not a dragon, you're a typical RTS free-floating camera.

The non-RTS side seems to be heavy on political strategy with different races making different demands and you have to decide who you'd rather piss off.

To my knowledge there's no demo.

Ok, thanks for sorting that out. And, well, i also loved the other Divinity-games, which are obviously set up in another genre. Complex, strategy, factions, politics.... sounds like Civilisation which is always a good thing.

**edit** WTF? It's almost 40 bucks at steam? And sadly, no demo, as you said. That sucks

On a sidenote, you can get the game ar gog also...for 39 bucks...lol. At least the amazon one comes with steam activation.

Yeah, it was on sale when it was purchased... like $23. Above post mentions Amazon will sell the Steam key for less than $20.

Ahhhh, Eye: Divine Cybermancy, a shooter on PC simply does not get any better. It is the anti-CoD cure. It is negative consolitus to the max and I loved every second of it. Takes brains and reflex to master every aspect of the game.

Story is insanely hard to follow but I don't give a rats about story.
