Question Recommend an online store to order a case&powersupply combo from?

Antec seems good, but pricey. Know anywhere with roomy but cheap cases, plus stable/quiet/not-dippy/all-around-good PS's? Thanks.

I get my stuff from www.newegg.com. Good prices with some of the fastest shipping.

I also order from www.newegg.com. There shipping prices are reasonable and you get the item in 3 or 4 days.

newegg fo' sho'. theyve got nearly everything with good prices and excellent support. the shipping is first rate also.

i think the Antec PSUs are worth the extra money and i highly recommend the TruePower line of PSUs. good luck

I stand by the belief that you get what you pay for. I'm not saying that you can't get an inexpensive case and PSU bundled together that's reliable and will meet your needs; you can with a bit of research and feedback from users. I prefer not to take a gamble with my system's stability because of power fluctuations.

NewEgg has an excellent selection of cases that come w/ or w/o a PSU. I bought a Chieftec DX-01WD case and replaced the stock PSU with an Antec TruePower 430 PSU, both items from them. My system's stable and quiet, even with 5 fans running.

I got my case from www.coolerguys.com and im VERY satisfied...great selection of all sorts of stuff to cool anything in ur system...check em out. They also make their own cases, that have got nothing but awesome reviews. All the holes are laser cut, so there are no sharp edges ANYWHERE on the case, and the fan placment is perfect. The one i have has 6 fanes...one places over the CPU, one placed over the AGP/PCI cards for cooling, 2 on top to pull out the heat (as u should all know, heat rises, heh), one in front as intake, and an exaust in the back. With stock HSF on my Athlon XP 1800+, i get 35C temps, hehe. Their cases also all have removable motherboard trays, which make things so much easier...and THUMBSCREWS, lots of thumbscrews, making things so much easier to deal with, heh
