Bluetooth headset and passkey problem in vista 64

Getting an error trying to install my bluetooth headset to my vista 64 rig. The same error pops up whether I use a passkey or if I don't. I get this error when I try to add it.

Any ideas?

Did you use 0000 as your passkey?
