Default 3.4 drivers causing regestry errors and windows auto reverts me back to 3.2 :(

every time i install the 3.4s eventually ill boot my comp to a message that windows regestry checker has discoverd a problem in the regestry and that it will repair the problem and reboot and when it reboots the 3.4s are no longer loaded adn the 3.2s are any idea whats goin on here?
