Nice! That's one hell of an upgrade if you were using the comp in your sig before.
Now all you need is an HD5870 and a few DX11 games and it'll really be a party!

I would go with EVGA over MSI, EVGA support is second to none and is worth the extra money.

A Radeon 4850 for only a few bucks more would have blown that 9800 to smithereens...

Reasons why it’s worth to be a PC gamer in 2012.

- The hardest thing about getting a Mac is telling your parents that you're gay.

- If I had the choice between being gay and owning a Mac, I would rather be gay, because if I owned a Mac I would be both gay and own a horrible computer.

- Imagine a giant cock flying towards your mouth, and there's nothing you can do about it. And you're like "Oh man, I'm gonna have to suck this thing", and you brace yourself to suck this giant cock. But then, at the last moment, it changes trajectory and hits you in the eye. You think to yourself "Well, at least I got that out of the way", but then the giant cock rears back and stabs your eye again, and again, and again. Eventually, this giant cock is penetrating your gray matter, and you begin to lose control of your motor skills. That's when the giant cock slaps you across the cheek, causing you to fall out of your chair. Unable to move and at your most vulnerable, the giant cock finally lodges itself in your anus, where it rests comfortably for 4, maybe 5 hours. That's what using Mac OSX is like.

COngrats on your new build

9800GT should get you some decent gaming imo, even if you have to turn some of the detail off on certain games

Don't they restrict their motherboards to SLi only though considering they only sell nVidia video cards.

The passive cooler keeps it pretty cool, not sure off the top of my head, it is in storage at the moment.

wow sorry for not replying...yeah wow SUCH AN UPGRADE IM SOO HAPPY! this thing is soooo fast...Ive got some new games as well. first off CRYSIS! maximum edition absolutely awesome graphics on max for the most part 4 or 5 options on high, i got the 9800gt for 70 bux so i knew i wasn't getting the greatest card but it still performs pretty well, i will either get another and run sli or just get a better car in a bit, but also got nfs shift runs like a baby's bottom, batman arkham WOW soo cool physx on high looks and runs sweet, bioshock super smooth, but on such a machine the graphics almost look old! pretrty much it for now all my other games are maxxed out and running great, only thing is i got attat 3mb dsl which is great minus the fact that they used ****ty phone cord line, so i have to have them come back out and use some high quality line or something, i cant get dl speeds over 300kbs, every extra dl slows everything down, and i cant really play internet games prolly due to the load on the line WHICH SUX ASS! i got bf2 updated and rdy to go crysis wars is crying to get played mutliplayer style!!!!

I have to agree on the video card, for the budget IF it was ablloowed for I would have spent a bit more and got a 4850 or GTS260. However still a very solid system.

For video card companies I like EVGA and XFX.
