Who cares? Maybe it means that it is a different revision? For example, Abit NF7-S ver 1 then
Abit NF7-S ver 2....

Btw...Thanks for the drivers KS!

Your welcome

the 2.3 stands for the DNA release and the 4.3 stands for the WHQL release (normaly but and i could have called it 2.2.4.3b but it's not based on a CAT 4.3 set bt on a newer set)

Let’s just put it this way... With it named that way a lot people will mistake your first 4.3 based set and its performance with this one as well (intentional or not) It’ll taint the opinion/results pool. Many won’t even account for the basing on leaked confidential betas, and boost the beta drivers may (and according to posts I have red) do give...

Some one says hey I’m using 2.2.4.3

Now tell me if they are using 2.2.4.3 (4.3 officials) or 2.2.4.3 (BETA) with out asking... You can’t tell that’s my point.

well, not entirely sure if these are better than the 2.2.4.3(cause i don't usually benchmark). visually i don't notice a difference in speed or quality, but it seems to be pretty solid drivers.

Maybe you should try posting them in the driver forum then instead of general radeon?

The generally dissing lounge is still my turf KillerBleep, enter at your peril.

BTW-Would some kindly mod please move this to the Catalyst Lounge or the Tweaker Lounge before I go off on KillerBleep? I'm trying to behave, but it is SO hard!

EDITED BITS: "rolleyes" for "roll", I've been hanging around EB & B3D too much lately.

Why did you not post this in the Catalyst Forum where it belongs? Heck, why did you post this here at all since you have your own forum? Why not just post them up there?

You don't have to provoke others into flaming posts and you know it, we have been though that in the past. The thread would have been much quieter if you just answered neon's question in the first post without that ironic reply. Try to mind the way you post when you are around here.

Digi, his posts belong here, there is no "driver forum" anymore, it was renamed to "Catalyst technical support" and only catalyst-related problems are discussed there (which means no modified drivers).

The rest of you, I do not appreciate the tone you post (you know who you are). Please do not make me issue a warning again.
