DNA 2.4.4.4 Released

VERSION:: DNA-drivers 2.4.4.4
* Dedicated to "Truus" may she rest in peace
* Fixed auto reboot, after driver installation not working
- Special thanks goes out to "A.Matsushima" for heliping
- me fix this problem
* Deleted the DNA-icons in this release, they will be back
- in the next release (only for CP icons the Start Menu icons
- are still the DNA-icons)
* Included the ATI Smart-Gart uninstaller to the start menu
* Included the ATI "gamma" (4.4) hotfix
* No need to uninstall old drivers and stuff like that
- you can install the drivers on top of old catalyst drivers
* removed ATI tool from the package for various reasons.....
* Redone the whole installation process/package
* Fixed dual monitors (extended desktop) not working
- ( lets see how long it takes for the other driver
- modders to fix this )
* Based on the official CATALYST 4.4 Driver package
* Updated WDM drivers to version 6.14.10.6238 (CAT 4.4)
* Fixed some minor Hercules install problems
* Added support for:
-:ASUS RADEON 7000 64MB
-:ASUS RADEON 9600SE 128MB
-:RADEON 9200 SE
-:Gigabyte RADEON 9200 SE 64MB
-:C.P. Technologies Inc. RADEON 9600XT BRAVO 128MB
-:Celestica "Gold Edition" RADEON 7000 64MB
-:Celestica "Gold Edition" RADEON 9200 256MB

on top of unian or omega too? or just catalyst only?

What are these drivers? Just a diff type like Omegas? Ive been around the radeon world for a while, but was away for quite a long time. Whats the dealio with these dna drivers?

I always use DNA. I play competition UT2004, and there is a very big difference in response feel. Dont know what it is, i test all drivers as they come out. Might not feel the difference if you are playing just normal FPS for fun, but response when it comes to accuracy, these make a big difference i feel.

will they work with the all-in-wonder 9600 and also enable videosoap on athlon 64, useing cat 4.4 now working well just getting really bad 3d marks03 and i can't figure why.

DNA's also take away nasty screen tearing in my case!! Thanx again for this excellent driverset.

Don't know about omega's or union, but DNA's deffenitly beat the normal CAT's on my system. Don't care what benchmark results say, the gaming experience just feels way better!

Yeah, I agree.. The only time I run another driver (Catalyst) is just as the new version is released and I'm waiting for DNA

heh no it's not as it's not officialy supported yet but teh reg key has been arround for about 2 releases (if i remember right) I don't see the need to incorp the feature yet, as i dind't get any request yet (Because almsot nobody knew about the reg key) Maybe ill add it in teh DNA 2.5.4.5 release or patch the DNA 2.4.4.4...
