Default My Z-560 woofer is not woofering

Ok my Logitech Z-560 woofer all of the sudden stoped working. The speakers work fine and so does the controller but the woofer gives no bass? I mean if the fuse is gone then well non eof the speakers would work right? Unless woofer has a speciality secondary fuse?

Any ideas would be great since I don't want to scrap this great system.

^^^
So where is the secondary fuse that keeps on blowing in your case? Which one of those pictures? Since the pictures show a gratuitous electronic nudity. I would just like to see the one with the fuse location.

Mine has a fuse right after the amp and before the woofer (it's on the bottom of the wooden box. That one seems to be ok according to the DVM. But I also noticed that the board says names of a few fuses that you can replace but I only see the main fuse. I had the system for about 2 years so I don't know if they can send me a new one.

If you look at the large Silver Alloy heatsink right at the bottom of the pcb, on the other side of that mine had a clear fuse. Now this was present on my second set of speakers but not my first, i'm currently on my 3rd set However these feature the updated pcb so they should last, i think the guy at logitech told me they offer a 3 year warrenty so phone em up mate, logitech have the best returns policy ever i was very impressed.

Just called them, they told me that my QC code is from 2000, and since I don't have a sales recipt and since those speakers are out of production then I am out of luck. Oh well here goes a heaping pile of trash.

yes mine fuse went once it was just on the back of the sub amp section under the power i replaced it. Is that the one u mean, btw is it worth stuffing it with polyfill and speakers is it worth doing?

(sorry to go offtopic i hope u get it sorted out) also i thought they offer to replace 560s with 5300s?

do try wiggling the little connector from the control pod to the sub, if it's even a little loose I often loose my subwoofer or a few surround channels.
