Default Best OC tool for my system

Greetings all...

Long time no visit from me, but I once again need help from people more tech smart tham myself.
I normally never OC, but I'm thinking upgrading my system, as it needs it, and I wanted to see how well my CPU & 4850s OC.

So the question is, is AMD Overdrive the best OC utility for my system or is there a better one.

Thanks in advance.

For the (AMD) Processor AMD Overdrive (personally I would opt for bios OC options rather than software based one).
For GPU MSI afterburner.

AMD Overdrive and Trixx for multi-gpu.
