New Cooler for XV/Palit X1950Pro PCI-E?

Hi,

I just changed my system to a C2D E6420 with a XV/Palit X1950Pro 512MB PCI-E (from a P4E-3.0GHz & a X800XT). I like to know if coolers like the X2, Zerotherm GX815 can be install on the card. BTW, where are the VRM? Are they located at the back of the card? Something like this (in the picture)?

Should I attach tiny BGA-type heat sinks on them?
