Poor vietcong fps on 17K, 9700 PC (with nocd crack)

I finally got vietcong, only to find that the fps are very frequently lower than 23 fps, and i am using the no cd crack! I'm starting to think that this 9700NP i bought actually has differences to a 9700pro other than the clock!(even though mine is running a PRO bios and is running 24/7 @351/337) I am running the RZR crack, and not the fairlight one btw.

specs:
2400+(11.5x190fsb)
A7N8X
sapphire 9700np
256 3200+ corsair(soon to be 512)
4,2,2,2,2 timings
winXP

=17K 3dmark01
=5.3k 3dmark03

Something is surely wrong. Is truform on? Should be off. Even I get more fps than that most of the time besides the large open areas I mean.

It doesn't run extremely slowly, but in the first level, where you are at base camp after you get off the chopper, no matter where you look(cept the sky/ground) the fps never goes above ~28fps, and this is at 1280x1024, graphics at max, no AA or AF or truform.(not that the game supports it)

Perhaps you have vsynch enabled. Try turning it off and see if that helps.

same here on a P4 2,[email protected],85 with 9700pro and 512mb ddr333 ram

Not sure what it could be, mine usually stays around 35-43fps. The only time it drops on that board is when the helicopter is leaving and turn quick, then it drops to about 29pfs.

game @ 1024x768 /w 4x fsaa 16x af
