Default Question about DVI adapters....

Hey all.

I just broke the VGA to DVI adapter that I got with the 9700pro and have been using to prevent the wavy rolling line problem. I tripped on a cord and the whole back of the adapter ripped off . All attempts to reconnect it properly have failed .

I just was wondering if these things (DVI adapters) are widely available at places like radio shack or bestbuy etc? And if they will also prevent the wavy rolling line problem or was it just the ATI one that came with the card that will fix that? Thanks.

Don't know about Radio Shack, but they're available online from $7 to $15, depending on where you find one.
