blueysworld is still being judged by the masses

Default Please Rage3D Editorial, Ask ATI officially why D3D problem

As more and more 9700s are being sold, we are seeing more and more people on this board with the D3D lockups in games but not OpenGL.

Could the Rage3D officially ask ATI why this is happening and seek an official response. If ATI do not wish to respond, then so be it. At least we will know they have been asked the issue or when what the solution will be.

I think Rage3D editorial have access to higher ATI channels.

Many of us have perfectly valid and configured systems that would support a Geforce 4 TI.

I don't really care if D3D works for you, fine, i'm happy for you. For many of us, it is clear that it does not.

Regards,
Bluey.

Only UnrealEd 3 locks up in D3D. UT2003 runs fine in D3D or OGL. However, UT locks up in OGL. I have to use D3D to run that one. No other OGL or D3D games I have cause locks.
