For the past month I have been downloading several PC related weekly podcasts, and I was thinking whether we too could make one in which we can discuss the latest ATI and AMD related news.

Considering the geographical difficulties, I guess this could be done by using Skype's conference feature or something similar.

So what do you say?

i might be willing to talk a bunch of meaningless game related drivel if i can find a decent mic. Might be a laugh to have something from the members we can listen to weekly. Like anyone can submit a segment or something.

I've had a TS system for a couple years now and it's open to public.

Yeah I know, it's not the infamous Vent....bleh. At least it's a damn good program for free (server that is)

That would be awesome to have voice discussions.

The only thing that I hate about it is the way my voice sounds .. I'm not too happy with my "Texas"-like accent, and the fact that I have a deep voice makes it sound even creepier.

im not a huge fan of TS, tbh uber, the quality is ****.

im sure evil genius can hook us up with his clans' ventrillo server, or i can contact a friend of mine at uni and see if he can host on their huge 100mb line :fap:

Well it's only like that if the people that are running it do not set up the codecs properly or have a crappy server and network.

But oh well. Voice come through clean on mine.
