Default Need a nanny/maid

So my second son is about 3 months old this month and we have been looking for a nanny/ maid. However, it is very hard to find. I mean there are tons but either they are too expensive or don't want to work in a south East Asian home. Reason being we like our things properly cleaned up and a actually care for our children.

I have seen maids of other nationalities, primarily European not caring about children. Feeder bottle drops in the mall floor and maid just shoves it right back in kids mouth while the French mom is too busy buying her lingerie for her bf date night.

Seriously wtf is wrong with people. I am also offering higher salary but these maids don't want to come. One finally spoke saying that you guys take too much work. I pay hourly for you. If the kid is asleep I expect you to do other stuff in the house. Is that unfair? Don't bother answering that.

What does a stay-at-home wife do during the day that would require a maid to clean the house and take care of children? That's the wife's job.

How can she clean the house when she can't leave the kitchen?

Split the jobs. Hire a maid/cleaning company to come clean your house for how ever many days of the week you desire, and then hire a baby sitter. Do not combine the two as nobody wants to be a stand in wife unless it pays a ton.

I thought your wife was stay at home? You also seem to play a ton of video games and post multiple movie reviews a week. What's going on here?

Not accusing, it just doesn't make sense to me to need a maid to do all this cleaning and take care of your children.

1. If your wife isn't working she should be taking care of the house and the children -- wake up princess.
2. Cleaning a house is not rocket science -- there is no art to "properly" cleaning.
3. Using a Nanny is not "caring" for your children -- your kids will probably see the Nanny is more of a parental figure than you or your wife.

I could afford a Nanny and a Maid if I wanted but my wife wouldn't allow it. Why can't your wife pull her weight?

I always wondered what the pampered wealthy talk about in their private lives. Of course, it's the same conversation as always: "Good servants are so hard to find" and "Why can't we just beat them or otherwise force them to do the job to my unrealistic and exacting demands?"
