help! problem with sapphire 9500pro & catalyst 3.5

I run into problems with the card.
it's a sapphire 9500pro,128M RAM. After installed winxp pro, i install the new catalyst 3.5, then hit the problem. the system just stops and reboots itself continuously. Once get into windows, it says the graphics card driver is to be blamed.
Anyone has similar problem and got any solution?
Appreciate your help!

system configuration:
MSI 875P Neo-FIS2R, TWINMOS Dual-DDR400 512MB*2, P4 2.6C.
it's not overclocked and the temp seems ok.

It could be the infamous infinite loop problem.

Go to:
C:/Windows/LogFiles/Watchdog/

See if any of your logs report an infinite loop, or if there are logs at all.

If so, then I advise you to visit here for more help:
