Shadow doesn't have that much shooting. It's more about exploration, platforming, puzzles, and opening boxes. I personally think it needed a lot more shooting but you might like the lack of it. That said there might still be too much of it and all the games are pretty similar in design.

I hate Epic cuz it sucks. But I do go on every Thursday to get my free game. I have hundreds for free that I never paid for, and am glad Epic did.

Today, it asked for permissions to bypass my firewall.. WTF? This is the first time. What is it trying to do in the background?

Another voucher if you sign up to emails. It doesn't seem to matter if you've had one before. I signed up last time then opted out after getting my voucher. Still got another one this time though only £8 rather than the usual £10 they've been in the past.

I went to check if i had 2 factor enabled and noticed theres some kind of new online component that you would need to install in the future (which you dont need now).....

A certain percentage of the 'haters' (or freeloaders, if you will) is at some point going to start spending money. Surely that's what Epic is banking on with the free games. It's worked for me: I'd have stayed away from the store for a lot longer, if I hadn't already built up a sizeable library.

I still treat it like "that supermarket that's further away than my usual supermarkt", but that's better than treating it like a supermarket I never go to at all.
